What it does
It is not a chat. It is an employee that works inside your Odoo.

Real work, not answers
It posts vendor invoices, issues customer invoices, creates entries and credit notes, reconciles the bank, reads what arrives by email (and scanned paperwork), creates customers, vendors and employees, produces VAT, balance sheet and P&L reports, and handles projects, batches, POS or fleet. What takes someone half a working day, it does in minutes — inside your Odoo.
Nexo proposes, you decide
Anything important — posting, creating, deleting, paying — waits for your confirmation. Every action is logged with the date, the user and the previous values. And if a document does not add up, it says so instead of fixing it its own way: it would rather ask you than make up a figure.
Your Odoo, exactly as you have it
Nexo inspects the real schema of your installation: your models, your fields and your names. You do not have to tell it where each piece of data is or change anything in your Odoo. If your installation is odd — and almost all are, a little — it adapts; and if it cannot find something, it says so clearly.

Invoicing and accounting
You: «Nexo, post these invoices.»
Nexo: reads them one by one, checks the base, VAT and withholding against the paper, looks up (or offers to create) the vendor and leaves them posted. If something does not add up, it does not touch it: it tells you.
You: «Reconcile the bank movements that are pending.»
Nexo: crosses the bank statement with your invoices and leaves the matching ones reconciled and paid.

Nexo: pulls it from your real accounts, broken down by type.
The day to day

Nexo also sends real emails (with signature and attachments), fills fields in bulk with your OK, imports Excel without duplicating anything, merges duplicate records, schedules jobs («every day at 8»), compresses PDF, generates contracts from a template and requests signatures.
Difference
Nexo works with the Odoo you already have.
You do not need to adapt your Odoo to use Nexo. It works with your modules, your fields and your custom developments, even if your installation has drifted away from factory Odoo.
Odoo Community and Enterprise
Nexo installs into your Odoo and works with it without forcing you to change edition or version. It runs on Odoo 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19. Everything we have measured was measured on Odoo Community, which is the environment we have really tested it in.
Is your Odoo customised? Even better.
Many companies no longer have «factory Odoo»: they have third-party modules, in-house developments, oddly named fields and specific processes. Nexo understands the models, fields and relations that really exist in your installation and works with them.
We tested it on real installations
The five «sector» domains have been tested with real customer modules: fleet 8/8 · batches 5/5 · projects 11/11 · POS 12/12 · recipe costing 8/8. We are not testing it only on a clean Odoo: we have measured it on the Odoo that is really used in the business.

What it does when there is risk.
This is the part you do not see in a pretty demo — and the one that decides whether you can leave it working on your accounts.
It does not make things up
If it does not know something or cannot perform an operation, it says so: «I don't have it», «this tax is missing», «this total does not match its lines». It never fills a gap with something that sounds good.
Never leaves data half-finished
Every operation is checked before it is accepted and, if something fails halfway through, the whole thing is rolled back. We tested that by cutting the service on purpose, mid-job.
It does nothing destructive without your OK
Delete, post, create, pay: it asks you first. And when it sees an invoice that was already posted or a document it should not touch, it stops and tells you.
It does not hide errors
No technical messages and no silent failures: if something could not be done, it tells you in your language and says what to do. And everything goes in the log.

With a independent oracle behind every number: the figure is not asked of the agent, it is checked in the Odoo database.

Consumption is charged against its real cost: the tokens Nexo reuses from its cache are charged against a fraction of the real cost, so a Top-up goes further when Nexo reuses what it has already read. When it runs out, Nexo pauses until the 1st of the next month or until you buy another Top-up (and whatever you have not spent at renewal rolls over to the next month, up to your plan's cap).

Does it work with my version of Odoo?
Yes: Nexo runs on Odoo 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19, both Community and Enterprise. It installs into your Odoo and works with it without changing edition or adapting your installation to a factory-fresh Odoo. And everything we have measured was measured on Odoo Community, which is the environment we have tested it in.
What if my Odoo has custom modules or fields?
Nexo is built precisely for that. Instead of assuming where each piece of data lives, inspects the real schema of your installation (your models, your fields, your relations) and works with it. If your Odoo has third-party modules, in-house developments, oddly named fields or processes of your own, Nexo adapts; and if it cannot find something, it tells you instead of making it up.
What is a token and how much does Nexo consume?
The token is the unit used to measure how much it can work your digital employee: Nexo only consumes when it works. What you buy is not tokens, it is Nexo; tokens are their working capacity. A routine query spends tens of thousands; a batch of invoices, more. Your panel shows you consumption in real time.
What happens if I use up my capacity for the month?
Nexo stops safely until renewal or until you buy a Top-up: it never carries on working on its own and your data is left untouched. On top of that, whatever you do not spend from your plan rolls over to the next month, capped at half your plan: 50M on Starter, 138M on Pro and 325M on Enterprise.
Why do all three plans have the same features?
Because Nexo works the same on every plan: no features are cut. The only thing that changes is working capacity (tokens per month): you pay for how much it works, not for having it half-enabled. If you need more, you upgrade the plan or buy a Top-up.
Does Nexo do things without my permission?
No. Nexo proposes, you decide: anything important — posting, creating, deleting, paying — waits for your OK, and every action is logged with date, user and previous values. If something does not add up (a total that is not the sum of its lines, a document in another currency, an invoice that was already posted), it says so and does not fix it on its own.
Does Nexo replace my employees?
No. Nexo's aim is to take away from your staff the hours that go on repetitive work —entering invoices, reconciling the bank, creating records, preparing reports, sending emails— so they can spend them on what actually moves the business: looking after more customers better, getting paid sooner, selling more. Work is calmer, less rushed and with the data to hand, and the company gets more out of the team it already has: more for the same cost. What has to be decided — and signed — is still decided by you.
How does the Beta Programme work?

You request access from the form on this page and onboarding is progressive (we onboard in batches so we can look after every company properly). If it's a good fit, we write to you with the secure payment link: nothing is charged when you send the request.
Can I expand capacity during the Beta?
Yes: while your Beta is active you can add a Beta Top-up of another 40M for €49 + VAT. The Beta capacity does not turn into a subscription: when the 30 days are over, the Beta ends and you decide whether to continue with a plan.
What happens when the Beta ends?
Nothing renews on its own: you choose. You can continue with Yo Decido (€149 once, 100M with no expiry) or a monthly or annual plan. And for having been in the Beta you get a 20 % off your first monthly payment (not combinable with the annual plan discount, which already includes two months free).
Do I have to pay for installation?
No: you can install Nexo yourself or with your partner free. If you would rather we left it up and running, there is assisted installation for €99 + VAT: copying, installation and configuration with your company dossier (Nexo set up, section by section, adapted to the way you work). It is an optional service, never an obligation.
Can I try it before paying?

Where does my data live?
In your own Odoo. Nexo works inside your installation and with the same permissions as your users: we do not sell or share data. And the product is delivered compiled (as with any commercial software): the source code is not delivered.
