Contract terms for Nexo · Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Who provides the service
Site owner: José Vargas Sánchez, self-employed, with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 29045723N, operating under the trade name Dragonia Soft. Address: C/ Villanueva de los Castillejos, 6 · 21006 Huelva (Spain). Contact: [email protected].
The service is provided by Dragonia Soft (hereinafter, “we”), with its address at C/ Villanueva de los Castillejos, 6 · 21006 Huelva (Spain). You can contact us at [email protected].
2. What Nexo is
Nexo is a software add-on installed in the customer's own Odoo installation that adds an artificial intelligence assistant for management tasks: recording supplier invoices, issuing invoices, reconciling the bank, querying data, creating records and generating reports, among others. The customer purchases a licence to use the software; ownership of the program is not transferred.
Nexo does not modify or replace the customer's responsibility for their accounting: important actions are proposed and wait for their confirmation, and every one of them is logged.
3. Contracting and payments
Payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and issues the corresponding invoice. The payment relationship is formalised with Paddle, which applies the taxes required according to the customer's country.
Published prices are shown excluding VAT; the final amount, with the applicable taxes, is displayed before confirming payment.
4. Plans, capacity and top-ups
The plans (Starter, Pro and Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly capacity measured in tokens, and anything not consumed may be carried over to the following month up to the limit shown on the pricing page.
Top-ups are one-off purchases that extend the capacity of the current month and are available only on plans with recurring billing; on renewal, the remaining balance passes to the following month up to a maximum of 50% of the plan. The Plan yo decido is a one-off payment of 100M with a long expiry (4 months from purchase).
5. Beta programme
The Beta programme gives access to the product for €49 + VAT, with 40M of capacity and 30 days from activation, with every feature. It is a one-off payment: it does not renew and does not generate later charges. While the Beta is active, Beta top-ups may be purchased (+40M for €49 + VAT).
6. Term and cancellation
The subscription may be cancelled at any time from the Paddle customer portal or by writing to [email protected]. On cancellation, access is maintained until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made. The customer may request reactivation while their licence remains valid.
7. Refunds and right of withdrawal
The conditions are set out in our refund policy. By contracting, the customer accepts that the service begins immediately and that, once capacity has been consumed, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the consumer law applicable to digital content and services. Before any use, it is enough to write to us to cancel the contract.
Expiry of unused capacity. Contracted capacity has the periods published on the pricing page: 4 months from purchase for the Plan yo decido, and on recurring plans the top-up is consumed in the current month, with a maximum of 50% of the plan passing to the following month. The expiry of unused capacity does not give rise to a refund, because the service was fully available throughout the contracted period.
8. Acceptable use
The customer undertakes to use Nexo in accordance with the law and with the terms of their own Odoo licence, and not to resell, sublicense or transfer access without written authorisation. The service may not be used for unlawful activities, to infringe third-party rights or to attempt to circumvent the technical limits of the product.
9. Personal data
The processing of data is described in our privacy policy. Customer data is processed to provide the service, issue the licence and provide support.
10. Warranties and liability
We make the service available with the diligence of a provider of digital services and correct the defects reported to us. Except where the law does not allow limitation, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
Nexo depends on third-party services (Odoo, AI model providers and the payment gateway). An interruption of those third parties may affect the service; in that case we will inform you and, where applicable, restore the capacity not provided.
11. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect legal or product changes. Relevant changes are communicated with reasonable notice by email or on this same page. Use of the service after the changes take effect implies their acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the jurisdiction recognised by consumer law applies. For everyone else, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Huelva (Spain).
